There’s a growing interest in interaction with the audience, in improvisation and innovative programming; a growing curiosity for interdisciplinary encounters and the use of new media. Alongside outstanding composition or performance qualities, leading artistry seeks new meaningful connections and dialogue with society as well. ‘Connecting Conversations’ becomes a relevant competence for young professionals.
