The profession of the musician is changing in this heavily changing society. The working practice is not fixed anymore, but the (starting) musician more and more has to create his own context. This asks for artistry that reaches beyond play and composition, it asks for leading artistry. But how can you create your own context and profession? How can you communicate your work and find connections in a changing society? |
